The moment you contact Ceramica you become a valued customer and our aim is to provide you with a professional service. In order to do this it is important that we provide you with an accurate estimate of the work required. It is therefore our recommendation that we arrange a visit and fully assess the works which are to be carried out.
Further to our visit we will then furnish you with a verbal or written quote/estimate with a full breakdown of the works. At this stage we are providing you with a free no obligation quote. This quote will be produced by using the most efficient method whilst maintaining the best price.
When customers receive their written quote we urge them to contact us if there is anything that they are unsure of so we can answer any queries in full. We aim to provide our customers with a quote within 48 hours.
